I really
love to eat pastas. this meal is defined as a set of foods prepared with a
semolina´s-based mass mixed with water. you can apply salt, egg, vegetables,
vitamins, etc. the product is cooked in boiling water.
Here in
occident, we know the Italian recipe, however, pasta is simultaneously
appearing in China too, more than eight hundred years ago.
I have been eating spaghetti all my life, but since i taste Piccola Italia's pastas, i fell in love with them. all my favorites recipe includes pastas, specially now that i´m changing my diet, from omnivore to vegan.
I like it
in every shape, whether they are cannelloni, lasagna, fettuccine or the classic
spaghetti. the secret is on the sauce, it can vary so I consider this meal is
very versatile.
I
personally think, pasta coupled of white sauce is the best, however, trying
with salty ingredients like soja meat cooked on curcuma and scallion results me
an exquisite meal.
pasta is
high in cholesterol, so is not healthy to eat more than twice a week (unless
your diet or sporty life require that). Nevertheless, in small portion and next
to heavy vegetables, conformance a healthy life, apart from easy and fast to
do.
